Rosie provided consultancy services to Tunbridge Wells Equitable. Her brief was to work with the organisation on a major change programme. She developed and managed a project to deliver a major training and communications programme designed to effect organisational change at a critical period for the Society. This included managing relationships with other suppliers of consultancy and training on the project and pulling together a comprehensive training and communications programme for the whole workforce. As well as managing the project Rosie worked on the design and delivery of the training programme.
Rosie’s contribution has been critical to the success of the change programme. Her ability to develop direction, ideas and facilitate others thinking has been key to the success of the project as has her outstanding ability to identify all of the requirements for the project and continually create action to drive things forward.
Her excellent relationship building and negotiation skills (with both internal contacts and other third party consultants) have meant that key stakeholders were kept on side and dependencies were managed well.
Rosie’s contribution to the design and delivery of the training programme has been excellent. Her ability to instil understanding of the organisation’s vision and motivate people to take on the challenges ahead has been key to the success of the change programme.
