Rosie is a strategic, creative development professional and experienced executive coach. These two key themes enable her to take best practice within the context of the business environment and implement successful people management interventions, whilst providing critical support to senior players. Rosie successfully draws on her wide experience of industry in support of her work.
Rosie started her career in HR within telecomms manufacturer A.P Besson improving site productivity through developing and leading recruitment and a strong employee relations climate and mechanism.
With her strong operational focus and background, Rosie moved into financial services (NPI) transforming a traditional personnel function into a strategic HR business partner. She was instrumental in re-engineering the Customer Service division of the business, achieving the twin goals of downsizing whilst increasing business performance. Rosie worked closely with Directors, coaching them to build individual capability and profile within the business.
Rosie combines a deep understanding of individual and organisational psychology with a style that is both challenging and highly supportive. Her strategic insight, pragmatic focus and drive make her an ideal match in training intervention.
Rosie has a real passion for learning and has built on her first degree in Psychology with an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
